Description

• The Senior Manager, Specialty Core Software Sales is the sales and account lead assigned to one or more large strategic customers. • The role is accountable for global revenue growth and end-to-end customer satisfaction throughout the customer life cycle. • Ensures three critical elements are in place: a multi-year road map, account strategy, and governance model. • Acts as the Sales lead on assigned large strategic customers focusing on software license growth. • Develops long term c-level relationships and manages a strong joint governance model with customers. • Identifies customer problems and proposes Duck Creek solutions. • Drives revenue growth across all Duck Creek throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• Degree preferred or equivalent years of practical job experience in a similar function or role • 10+ years of business experience in Insurance Software Sales or Consulting with complex business software / IT solutions • 5+ years of deep insurance industry/domain expertise • 5+ years of Account Management experience / leading account teams • Strong knowledge of the complete Duck Creek offering (including Service and Support) • Strong solution sales skills a must and have demonstrated exceeding sales targets • Experience with long term planning of resources, technology and account structure • Exceptional communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word • Proficient in Salesforce • Ability to effectively lead a cross functional team by focusing on strategic outcomes
