Description

β€’ The Senior Manager, Specialty Core Software Sales is the sales and account lead assigned to one or more large strategic customers. β€’ The role is accountable for global revenue growth and end-to-end customer satisfaction throughout the customer life cycle. β€’ Ensures three critical elements are in place: a multi-year road map, account strategy, and governance model. β€’ Acts as the Sales lead on assigned large strategic customers focusing on software license growth. β€’ Develops long term c-level relationships and manages a strong joint governance model with customers. β€’ Identifies customer problems and proposes Duck Creek solutions. β€’ Drives revenue growth across all Duck Creek throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

β€’ Degree preferred or equivalent years of practical job experience in a similar function or role β€’ 10+ years of business experience in Insurance Software Sales or Consulting with complex business software / IT solutions β€’ 5+ years of deep insurance industry/domain expertise β€’ 5+ years of Account Management experience / leading account teams β€’ Strong knowledge of the complete Duck Creek offering (including Service and Support) β€’ Strong solution sales skills a must and have demonstrated exceeding sales targets β€’ Experience with long term planning of resources, technology and account structure β€’ Exceptional communication skills. β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word β€’ Proficient in Salesforce β€’ Ability to effectively lead a cross functional team by focusing on strategic outcomes
