• Du bist im IT-Umfeld zuhause und kannst mit deiner Leidenschaft auch andere für unser Kerngeschäft begeistern? • Als Sales Specialist bist du die Brücke zwischen unserem Umfangreichen Lösungsportfolio und Schweizer KMUs in der gesamten Deutschschweiz. • Du betreust die Sales Pipeline und sorgst dafür, dass sowohl neue als auch bestehende Kunden an die für sie am besten geeignete IT-Lösung gelangen. • Neukundenakquise & Bearbeitung von Leads • Verstehen von Ausgangslagen und Anforderungsprofilen von unterschiedlichen Branchen und Personas • Evaluieren und Offerieren von zielführenden Lösungen für unsere Kunden • Betreuung der Sales Pipeline und bildest das Bindeglied zwischen unseren Projektmanagern und den Kunden • Ausbau der Sales Strategien durch proaktive Massnahmen und eigene Ideen

• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten am Telefon oder auch in Person • Grundlegendes IT Know-How und Interesse an Tech-Themen • Bereit neues zu lernen und bestehendes Wissen laufend selbstständig auszubauen • Lösungsorientierte und kreative Denkweise • Begeisterungsfähigkeit & "Can Do" Mentalität • Verkaufsgeschick • Organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse • Durchschnittliche Englischkenntnisse
