📋 Description
• The company is looking to hire an experienced Odoo System Support who will be responsible for developing and implementing backups and disaster recovery procedures. • As an Odoo System Support, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Odoo platform. • Ensure to provide ongoing support and training to users on utilizing Odoo functionalities and stay informed about Odoo updates and best practices. • Provide training and technical support to end-users, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the Odoo system. • Create user manuals, document ERP processes, and prepare deployment progress updates for stakeholders. • Assist in the creation and management of master data, including Customer, Supplier, Products, and Material records. • Investigate Technical Issues and propose solutions. • Own support tickets and troubleshooting within our organization for Odoo, tools, and services. • Work with internal cross-functional teams to solve technical problems for our customers and strategic partners. • Act as a technical advisor to staff and strategic partners. • Solve technical problems, demonstrate Odoo modules and services, and communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. • Troubleshoot areas of poor performance and identify effective solutions to resolve issues.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP. • Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and exceptional time management. • Must be self-initiative and self-driven, capable of taking proactive steps to address challenges and improve processes within the scope of the role. • Creative thinker and strategic problem solver. • Knowledge of coding/scripting (Bash, Python, JavaScript, etc...). • Familiarity with database concepts/scripting. • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, both written and verbally. • Demonstrate an affinity for SAAS products that handle CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Sales, and other software verticals.
