📋 Description

• Dura Digital is looking for a AI & Data Studio Lead to join our team. • This is a pivotal role, responsible for developing and implementing the vision for our AI & Data Studio. • Define the direction and solutions we go to market with, and build the team, capabilities, and operational efficiencies to scale. • The ideal candidate will bring the perfect blend of business acumen and unleashed creativity. • Inspire, lead, and elevate the work of our exceptional consultants and drive big ideas. • Serve as Dura Digital’s AI and Data subject matter expert. • Collaborate with Business Development to spearhead and pitch solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of related consulting experience. • 10+ years of experience developing innovative data-driven business solutions. • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives. • Proven experience with working with remote, geographically diverse teams. • Proven experience with concept development, user research, product analysis, interaction design and usability testing. • Highly skilled in leading a team of remote creative talent, based in North America and Latin America. • Strong creative vision with a deep understanding of business objectives, both internal and external. • Outstanding presentation skills and communication abilities. • Experience with web and mobile application design, responsive design. • Alignment with Dura Digital’s company values. • Fluency in English is required. • Proficiency in the Spanish language is a plus.
