📋 Description

• Senior Director Analyst, Data and Analytics & AI in Healthcare & Life Sciences • Provide research and advisory insights to help organizations leverage data, analytics, and AI • Develop high-quality, actionable research content on Data and Analytics, AI topics within Healthcare or Life Science Organizations • Collaborate with other Gartner analysts to identify trends and tailor insights for clients • Engage with healthcare provider or life science senior executives through professional interactions • Write and publish analysis, positions, and insights regularly • Establish research positions across teams and demonstrate thought leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 15 years as an MSE CIO or senior level ideally in healthcare provider organization • Proven track record of effective leadership and collaboration with senior executives • Excellent research, analysis, writing, and collaboration skills • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and deliver executive-level presentations • Strong project planning, leadership, and management skills • Bachelor’s Degree or advanced professional qualification in an IT, D&A or healthcare field • Exceptional and articulate communication skills • Strong storytelling ability • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to influence others • Strong team-working ethos and ability to lead and manage projects • Familiarity with RCM and PHM processes, vendor landscapes, and the application of AI/ML and automation technologies in healthcare
