🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with Jira (preferably as an administrator, analyst, or process manager). • Deep understanding of time tracking principles and workload management in project teams. • Skills in creating and configuring dashboards, reports, and JQL queries for analyzing team and project performance. • Experience in implementing Jira automation. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles. • Experience with Jira Service Management and SLA configuration is an advantage. • Experience configuring Jira Workflows, Custom Fields, and Permission Schemes. • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, financial reporting). • Experience in preparing detailed utilization and profitability reports. • Ability to create and update documentation, including time logging and reporting standards. • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with large data volumes.
