• NodeShift is seeking a skilled Developer Relations Engineer to join our dynamic team. • Ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing and technical writing. • Play a crucial role in creating documentation, tutorials, blog posts, and whitepapers. • Produce clear, concise, and informative content. • Stay up-to-date with trends in cloud computing. • Contribute to content strategy to drive awareness and engagement. • Work closely with product managers and engineers for content accuracy. • Review and edit content for consistency and clarity. • Implement SEO best practices for content.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field. • Experience: experience in technical writing, preferably within the cloud computing industry. • Skills: Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, VMs, containers, networking, storage). • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content. • Familiarity with documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Markdown, Git, JIRA, Confluence). • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar. • Familiarity with programming languages such as Go, Python, or JavaScript.
