Requirements

β€’ High school diploma β€’ Minimum 2 years of customer service experience β€’ Working experience of insurance products, applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines β€’ Excellent communication skills β€’ Excellent grammar and writing skills β€’ Annuities experience (preferred) β€’ MS Excel experience (preferred)
