• We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer with significant expertise in commercial real estate matters and a strong foundation and interest in other corporate domains (e.g., M&A, finance, securities, etc.). • This role will manage all legal aspects of the company’s international real estate portfolio, which includes technology datacenters, office spaces, and campuses. • The ideal candidate will possess expertise in complex sales and leaseback transactions and will be adept at independently leading a range of legal issues related to real estate. • The successful candidate will also have a broad based corporate legal background, and will contribute to the success of DXC’s corporate legal objectives by supporting colleagues in other legal domains (with specifics to be driven by department need and the candidate’s expertise and interests).

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification with a valid license to practice law. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with significant exposure to complex sales and leaseback structures. • Experience with datacenters is preferred. • Demonstrated experience in commercial leasing, including drafting, negotiating, and managing lease agreements. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple high-priority tasks. • Proficiency in working with diverse teams across various cultures. • Flexibility to work across time zones and be available outside of regular office hours as needed to support global teams. • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Portuguese) is advantageous but not required.
