• Manage multiple projects that drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team success. • Plan, manage, and execute complex projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to scope. • Collaborate with teams to design and deliver customer feedback surveys. • Establish a streamlined reporting process for project performance. • Document and implement standardized product operations processes. • Identify and implement measurable process improvements. • Provide coaching and support to teams for preparation for leadership reviews.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in customer experience or product operations. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (certification preferred: PMI, Agile). • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and Microsoft Power Platform tools (PowerBI, Automate, Query).
