Description

β€’ Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet client needs and drive long-term customer satisfaction. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of solutions, focusing on profitable growth. β€’ Provide support and mentorship to account executives and managers, helping them meet their targets. β€’ Participate in the development and execution of account strategies, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. β€’ Serve as a key point of contact for clients, offering insights and guidance as a trusted advisor. β€’ Prepare and deliver client reports and proposals to highlight the value of our services. β€’ Regularly analyze market dynamics and adjust account strategies accordingly. β€’ Contribute to the organization's presence at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience β€’ Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role β€’ Demonstrated success in account leadership roles, achieving sales and revenue targets and nurturing client relationships β€’ Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities, effective communication skills, and a history of driving business growth β€’ A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology β€’ An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus β€’ Relevant certifications such as Certified Account Manager (CAM) or Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) are a plus
