β€’ Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our company values and promotes employee engagement and productivity. β€’ Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations across all regions where we operate, including North America, Asia, and Europe. β€’ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support scalability and operational efficiency while ensuring fairness and consistency. β€’ Partner with hiring managers to drive recruitment efforts globally, attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. β€’ Develop and implement performance management processes that facilitate career development and drive high performance across teams. β€’ Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment. β€’ Collaborate with legal and finance teams to support the setup and management of PEOs, EORs, and subsidiary companies as we expand into new international markets. β€’ Identify training needs, develop learning programs, and provide resources that enhance employee skills and support career growth.

Requirements

β€’ SHRM-SCP certification required. β€’ 6+ years of experience in HR or people operations roles, with at least 2 years in a global capacity. β€’ Demonstrated experience managing teams in different countries, particularly in North America, Asia, and Europe. β€’ Strong understanding of global employment laws and compliance requirements. β€’ Experience working with PEOs, EORs, and managing subsidiary companies preferred. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. β€’ Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and programs that support company goals and growth.
