β’ SHRM-SCP certification required. β’ 6+ years of experience in HR or people operations roles, with at least 2 years in a global capacity. β’ Demonstrated experience managing teams in different countries, particularly in North America, Asia, and Europe. β’ Strong understanding of global employment laws and compliance requirements. β’ Experience working with PEOs, EORs, and managing subsidiary companies preferred. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. β’ Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and programs that support company goals and growth.
