• Develop sales strategy and tactics for prospective, former, or identified customers • Identify and research potential business opportunities • Cold calls and penetrating existing client base • Develop, expand and leverage client relationships • Facilitate bid process by qualifying RFP’s • Plan and track sales activities using the Company’s CRM tool • Provide annual, quarterly and weekly forecasts for territory • Support the Client Services Department during the delivery phase
