• Visier is the leader in people analytics and we believe in a 'people-first' approach to business strategy. • Our innovative technology transforms the way that organisations make decisions, allowing them to elevate their employees and drive better business outcomes. • Embarking on an exciting new chapter in our growth story, we are looking for talented individuals who can help both Visier and our customers grow, evolve and win! • Reporting into the VP of Strategic Partnerships, you will recruit, manage, and grow the Americas partnership ecosystem portfolio. • Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs with partners - including joint value proposition definition, sales enablement, partner enablement, and co-marketing. • Manage full-lifecycle of bringing on a new partner - from recruitment to onboarding to partner management and partner development. • Work closely with key Strategic Partnerships counterparts in EMEA and APAC for a holistic view of the ecosystem. • Drive urgency around partnerships and help sales teams engage the right partners early in their territory and account strategy. • Build out global relationship maps with key leaders at partner firms - including prospecting and identifying new contacts, engaging and educating partners, and nurturing relationships. • Work closely with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Product, CX, and other internal stakeholders on business development/demand generation, sales cycle support, and ensure alignment of Strategic Partnerships into key initiatives driven by Visier.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales/business development, management consulting, and/or partner management/activation. • Experience working with consulting firms, SIs ( GSIs, regional, and boutiques), a plus. • Pipeline management and understanding sales rhythms and cycles. • Demonstrated experience developing executive-level relationships with tact and diplomacy. • Experience working with highly-matrixed organizations, and ability to mobilize multiple stakeholders across parallel workstreams. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and engage with all levels of an organization. • Impressive business and financial acumen, with the ability to uncover and understand unique business problems across a range of industry sectors. • Curiosity, authenticity, imagination, and creativity to build world-class go-to-market programs that meet partner and Visier needs. • Experience in a startup or emerging growth technology company delivering disruptive solutions to Fortune 2000 companies is an asset.
