Description

• Define Product Direction: Drive portfolio objectives and balance business/customer and delivery needs throughout the product lifecycle. • Enable product roadmap and strategic vision through a deep understanding of customer desires and business priorities. • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to adhere to vision and strategy. • Utilize market/customer input to shape the product vision and roadmap and communicate these to all stakeholders. • Confirm, communicate, and monitor care & feeding needs, funding, and KPIs. • Strategic Vision and Roadmap: Enable long-term product vision and strategy, roadmap, and value by partnering with leadership and stakeholders to make necessary prioritization and investment decisions. • Develop and maintain business and market knowledge for the assigned domain (e.g., SMC, Health, CGSO).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (where required) • 3+ years of experience in a related field • In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field • Demonstrated proficiency with web portals, content management systems, or digital product management • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards, healthcare regulations, and data privacy practices • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering digital products • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams • Demonstrated experience applying Agile principles and methodologies • Relevant experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries is preferred • Product Manager certification preferred
