📋 Description
• Earned is a tax-smart financial services firm dedicated to serving doctors, their families, and their practices. • We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Registered Investment Advisor Operations Billing Specialist. • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional service to our clients. • This role will report to the Director of Operations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • 2+ years of experience in billing, operations, or client service within the financial services industry, preferably in registered investment advisor firm • Understanding of investment products, services, and regulatory requirements • Proficiency in advisor billing software, particularly Orion and AdvicePay • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
