• As one of the first pioneers of earned wage access, our passion at EarnIn is building products that deliver real-time financial flexibility for those with the unique needs of living paycheck to paycheck. • The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, process improvement expertise, and the ability to drive operational excellence across payroll, accounts payable (AP) and procurement, expense management, and financial systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred). • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial controls, and accounting operations best practices. • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and tools like Expensify, Ramp, or Brex. • Proven ability to lead process improvements, implement controls, and drive efficiency in a scaling environment. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. • Experience preparing for IPO or operating in a public company environment is a plus.
