•As one of the first pioneers of earned wage access, our passion at EarnIn is building products that deliver real-time financial flexibility for those with the unique needs of living paycheck to paycheck. •EarnIn is seeking a Senior Tax Engineer to join our dynamic team. •In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing tax-related processes and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maximizing operational efficiency.

Requirements

•4+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field •Extensive experience in tax systems development and analysis, with a strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance. •Proficiency in tax software and programming languages relevant to tax application design. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing tax processes. •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support end users effectively
