Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for key retail customers, providing support and solutions that enhance long-term partnerships and drive customer success. • Develop and execute sales plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, to achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the European market. • Regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales performance, and market trends, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize results. • Work closely with supply chain, finance, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction. • Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and anticipate market shifts. • Demonstrate an understanding of the Northern European market, including cultural nuances and language skills where applicable, to tailor approaches that resonate with local customers. • Embrace challenges with a creative, solution-oriented mindset to develop out-of-the-box approaches for building and enhancing customer relationships. • Develop and implement strategies that enhance customer success, focusing on retention, loyalty, and maximization of customer lifetime value. • Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and standards, maintaining Earth Rated’s reputation for quality and compliance in the European market. • Be willing to travel as needed for client visits, trade shows, and other field-related activities, enhancing customer engagement and driving sales.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required. • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the CPG industry and retail account management. • Proven experience in sales forecasting, planning, and performance analysis. • Strong capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Practical knowledge of using commercial data and advanced analytics tools to extract insights that add value to retailer presentations. • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. • High language proficiency in English is required; proficiency in German is a bonus. • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and other relevant sales tools. • Ability to travel and engage in customer-facing activities across the Northern European market.
