📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential franchisees interested in joining our network. • You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate leads, nurture relationships, and drive the initial stages of the sales process. • Your role is crucial in expanding our franchise footprint and ensuring that our franchisees are a good fit for our brand and values. • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential franchisees through various channels, including online research, industry events, social media, and inbound inquiries. • Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and other communication platforms to introduce our franchise opportunities and gauge interest. • Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the prospect’s background, business goals, financial capacity, and suitability for franchise ownership. • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and detailed information on prospects, ensuring a well-organized pipeline for follow-up and further engagement. • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to hand off qualified leads for further development and closure. Collaborate with Marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging. • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential markets to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion. • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics. • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees, guiding them through the initial stages of the franchise acquisition process.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the franchise, food, or hospitality industry. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools. • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Understanding of the franchise business model and the food/restaurant industry is a plus. • A proactive and positive approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
