Description

•Revenue Operations Manager to optimize and drive revenue efficiencies across the company •Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Partnerships leadership •Conduct in-depth analyses of revenue data, trends, and KPIs •Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for revenue performance and forecasting •Identify and roll out improvements to optimize the sales and marketing cycle •Support implementation of streamlined workflows for productivity across revenue-generating teams •Work closely with Marketing leadership on campaign analytics and operations •Provide Sales enablement support to Account Executives and Account Managers

Requirements

•You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred •You bring 3-5 years of experience in a sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations role to the table. •You’ve got strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations. •You’re strongly familiar with HubSpot and other marketing and sales automation tools •You have Strong SQL proficiency and familiarity with BI tools •You possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail •You’ve got executive presence, with the ability to influence leaders and challenge existing approaches when needed •You’re a strong communicator and collaborator with a thought partnership mindset for working with internal stakeholders •You have a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment; previous start up experience preferred •Previous experience in Sales or familiarity with Sales strategy a bonus but not required •Experience with forecasting and financial modeling •Familiarity with SaaS business models and metrics
