β€’ EasyLlama is transforming the HR compliance industry by reinventing outdated and uninspiring training solutions. β€’ This pivotal role will shape our product strategy and drive growth through user-centric, innovative solutions. β€’ Build and lead a high-performing team, collaborate cross-functionally, and spearhead initiatives that significantly enhance revenue growth and customer adoption. β€’ Develop a comprehensive user-centric product approach, including quarterly user research and a data-driven decision-making framework. β€’ Drive innovation by establishing a comprehensive process for generating and scoping new product ideas. β€’ Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the product organization. β€’ Establish and lead a cross-functional product launch process. β€’ Establish key performance indicators to track product success and performance. β€’ Act as a key business partner to drive product initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and profitability. β€’ Work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure exceptional user experiences. β€’ Lead and nurture a high-performing team that includes product managers and product designers.

Requirements

β€’ You have 7-10+ years in senior product management roles in the SaaS industry with a proven track record of success in developing and launching software products. β€’ You possess a startup entrepreneurship mindset and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment by being ambitious, proactive, and adaptable. β€’ Strategic vision is second nature to you through the ability to understand market trends, innovate, and develop product strategy aligned with business goals. β€’ You can effectively lead and inspire cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and develop high-performing teams. β€’ You have an understanding of technology and software development with the ability to translate technical concepts into business requirements. β€’ You've got strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to inform product strategy and optimize product performance. β€’ Communication is key for you. You can clearly articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders. β€’ Customer focus is your foundation. You bring a deep understanding of customer needs and experience in gathering feedback (VOB/VOC).
