Description
• Founded in 2012, EasyPost is a YC unicorn aiming to simplify shipping for businesses. • The Professional Services Implementation Manager III leads and manages complex implementation projects. • Collaborate with clients, define project objectives, and ensure successful service delivery. • Provide project updates and maintain communication with key stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. • 5+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience. • Proven experience in project management, professional services, or a related field. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration. • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Experience working in AGILE and Waterfall methodologies. • Technical background with an understanding of software solutions and implementation processes. • 2+ years experience working with customers with at least one difficult customer interaction that had a positive outcome. • Experience with one of the following or similar for task and feature management; JIRA or Azure Dev-Ops. • Ability to analyze complex problems, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions. • Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation for projects.
