Description

• Create intuitive and scalable solutions for mailing physical goods. • Take ownership of projects from product research to final mocks and development. • Assist the Product team in user research, propose user flows, and create final mocks. • Work cross functionally to build UX strategies and designs. • Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes integrating feedback. • Provide recommendations for long-term vision of products. • Design new components for EasyPost’s Easy.UI Design System. • Perform user research and execute research plans. • Collaborate with UX designers for consistency across offerings. • Educate product teams in user-centered design principles. • Prepare final mocks for engineering handoff and collaborate with developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 8+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 6+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience. • 5-7 years of experience designing and delivering digital products • Online portfolio highlighting strong understanding and experience with an AGILE design process/working environment • Strong communication skills and ability to present your work to internal stakeholders at different design stages and explain your decisions • Collaboration mindset with a focus on receiving and giving feedback on ideas and designs cross functionally • Excellent time management skills and the ability to be self-directed • Understanding of business strategy and how user experience fits into the larger picture • Ability to break long term design visions down into iterative improvements that can be delivered quickly • Skills in interaction and visual design creating modern products • Experience with user research and analyzing user feedback • Strong/reliable internet connection and experience working with industry standard design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Lucid Chart, etc.
