Description

•Help meet client business requirements with a fast-growing team executing email campaigns •Optimize client email campaigns that are maintainable, scalable, and contribute to long-term client success •Work with stakeholders to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs •Create and maintain software documentation •Configure and set up relational data models •Gather, report, and analyze marketing performance data •Effectively create and manage email marketing programs, landing pages, and website updates •Implement A/B testing (landing pages, emails, and CTA’s) •Consistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisor •Retain training and direction from management •Adhere to company policies and values •Work effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent EBQ to clients •Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

•Web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript •Agile and test-driven development best practices •Self-manage assigned project priorities and time tracking •Solve problems with simple, effective, and efficient solutions •Passionate about learning and expanding knowledge in multiple marketing automation platforms •Strong troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset •Reliability and strong work ethic •A willingness to constantly learn •Process-oriented •Proficiency in the following areas is desirable but not required •HTML email development utilizing best practices and responsive across email clients and devices •Email campaign implementation utilizing corporate tech stack •Digital marketing platform campaign execution •Relational databases (SQL/MySQL)
