🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field; 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B and channel marketing. • Proven track record of success managing B2B digital campaigns, optimizing performance metrics, and driving measurable outcomes. • Advanced proficiency in tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and GTM; experience with programmatic platforms and account-based advertising tools. Experience with marketing automation and B2B marketing tools. • Ability to interpret data and apply findings to refine campaigns; expertise in tracking CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL and conversions to optimize results. • Experience managing PR and media agencies, digital ad spend, sponsorships and evaluating vendor performance to ensure cost-efficiency and ROI optimization. • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative strategies, evaluate new technologies, and drive meaningful campaign improvements. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and present insights to stakeholders effectively.
