Description
• Reporting to the VP of People, Finance, and Operations, the Director will provide strategic leadership in finance and administration • Oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance • Create streamlined systems for efficiency and effectiveness • Collaborate with peers and internal stakeholders to manage financial operations • Ensure organizational decisions are based on sound financial insights • Lead compliance with IRS and C3/C4 regulations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge in relevant fields • 10+ years of experience in finance and administrative operations, including deep experience leading and implementing best practices in budget management and financial operations.
