📋 Description
• At Ecotrak, we care about making life easier for facility management. • You'll be the trusted advisor for our customers, ensuring they realize the value of our platform. • Build strong relationships, advocate for customer needs, and drive retention. • Lead the onboarding process for new customers and ensure a seamless transition. • Conduct regular health checks and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles. • Experience in facilities software, restaurant tech, or SaaS is a huge plus. • Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship management skills. • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset for driving customer growth. • Proven success in managing senior-level customer relationships. • Ability to lead enterprise-level solutions involving multiple stakeholders. • Strong analytical skills to assess program results and customer success metrics. • Experience in startup environments is a plus. • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. • Customer service experience is a plus.
