โข Serve as a trusted advisor to the Customer Success Managers on contract review and business terms to support the customer relationship. โข Own the contract management, interpretation, and maintenance process for a designated territory of Customer Success Managers. โข Ensure compliance with published sales and business approval policies. โข Be an advocate and partner to internal organizations to understand complex sales issues. โข Assess priority and urgency, anticipate bottlenecks and balance customer demands. โข Build strong productive relationships and feedback loops with Customer Success Managers, legal, finance, and operations teams to drive efficiency and organization satisfaction with the contracting process best practices. โข Drive current customer contract audit and verification, having good communication with external C-level customers on upcoming fees and contract management. โข Solely responsible for invoicing of specific Subscription based products. โข Preparation of non-standard contract amendments. โข Assist with special projects as assigned. โข Position will require less than 10% travel.
