โ€ข Serve as a trusted advisor to the Customer Success Managers on contract review and business terms to support the customer relationship. โ€ข Own the contract management, interpretation, and maintenance process for a designated territory of Customer Success Managers. โ€ข Ensure compliance with published sales and business approval policies. โ€ข Be an advocate and partner to internal organizations to understand complex sales issues. โ€ข Assess priority and urgency, anticipate bottlenecks and balance customer demands. โ€ข Build strong productive relationships and feedback loops with Customer Success Managers, legal, finance, and operations teams to drive efficiency and organization satisfaction with the contracting process best practices. โ€ข Drive current customer contract audit and verification, having good communication with external C-level customers on upcoming fees and contract management. โ€ข Solely responsible for invoicing of specific Subscription based products. โ€ข Preparation of non-standard contract amendments. โ€ข Assist with special projects as assigned. โ€ข Position will require less than 10% travel.

โ€ข Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously โ€ข Legal contract review and interpretation โ€ข Exceptional oral and written communication โ€ข Ability to communicate with senior executives โ€ข Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment โ€ข Extensive Google Workspace skills are required โ€ข Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred โ€ข 4+ years of experience in Contracts, Sales Operations, or related analytical role
