📋 Description
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the accounting function • Lead accounting operations including monthly close and financial reporting • Develop and implement scalable accounting processes • Apply in-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP • Prepare and present monthly financial statements to senior leadership • Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits • Act as a trusted business partner across departments • Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP • 3+ years of professional accounting experience • Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably Netsuite) • Strong understanding of internal controls and accounting best practices • Experience with year-end audit coordination and tax filings • Strong analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude
