If you're ready to be part of a collaborative, remote-first team focused on delivering value through technology, we’d love to meet you! • Role Summary: As a ServiceNow Independent Consultant for R5 Labs, you’ll be the point of contact for the Clients to implement, optimize, and expand ServiceNow solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to make an impact. • Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, lead platform customization, provide consulting and advisory services, analyze business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders for optimal client satisfaction.
• ServiceNow Expertise: 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with hands-on experience across core modules (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, and CSM). Experience in hardware or software asset management is a plus. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow workflows and automations. Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in relevant ServiceNow modules are strongly preferred. • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions to business stakeholders. • Remote Collaboration: Experience working with clients within the EMEA region, with a proactive approach to communication and project updates. • Language: English speaking is mandatory. • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (CIS in ITSM, ITOM, GRC, CSM, HAM, or similar) are highly advantageous. • Any other EMEA language is preferred but not required.
