Description

•Lantern is seeking a Sr. Member Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing engagement strategies impacting member awareness, engagement, and retention. •This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and expertise to execute and optimize campaigns that enhance member satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher required. •7-10 years of experience in marketing or communications. •5-7 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred. •Experience in campaign development required. •Experience in content writing preferred. •Experience in a leadership/mentorship role preferred. •Experience in start-up environments is preferred. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. •Exceptional project management skills with experience in leading large, complex initiatives. •No certifications or licenses required. •Ability to manage multiple priorities and sit for long periods of time.
