Description

• The Strategy Manager / Director / Sr. Director will develop Lantern's strategic vision and roadmap for new products, functions, and initiatives. • Work closely with CEO, VP of Strategy, CFO, Chief Medical Officer and Cancer Care GM. • Own all market research to understand pain points for key audiences. • Establish key strategic areas of growth / product extensions. • Define initial product concepts & business models with key assumptions. • Develop relationships with key market players / targets. • Own partnership development and hand-off to commercial. Conduct due diligence and manage the process.

Requirements

• Deep healthcare background / knowledge • Growth strategy development: new products, new markets, increased utilization of existing products • New product / concept development • Buy / build / partner evaluations • Market research and insight development • Strategy consulting, private equity or investment banking experience
