Description

• The Graphic Designer will develop visual concepts and create compelling designs that align with Bridgeway Academy's brand identity. • Produce digital and print materials and create designs for tradeshows and events. • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver high-impact visual content that engages the homeschooling community.

Requirements

• 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in education or a related field. • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred but not required. • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles. • Experience with both digital and print design. • Experience designing for tradeshows and events, including large-format graphics and environmental branding. • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. • A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across digital, print, and event-related assets is required. • Experience designing for an educational or homeschooling audience is preferred. • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design is a plus. • Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus. • Familiarity with creating designs that are accessible and inclusive.
