Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office administration or business preferred. • Experience in managing clerical or instructional staff, ideally within a customer service or educational environment. • Familiarity with working alongside a sales team is advantageous. • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in database software and standard office applications. • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to make independent decisions under pressure. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to handling operational challenges.
