Description

• Outbound Phone Transfer agent responsible for updating contact information, reviewing scripted disclosures, and transferring card holders to an account specialist • Works around class schedule with shifts from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday, 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, and 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the last Sunday of the month • Located at University Towers in El Paso, TX

Requirements

• Patient communicator • Comfortable speaking with people over the phone • Reliable and punctual • Able to work 20 hours per week (up to 30 hours during school year and up to 39 hours during school breaks) • Able to work year-round, including summer and winter breaks • Must be eligible to work off-campus with CPT/OPT related to major if an international student
