• Outbound Phone Transfer agent taking roughly 40 calls per hour to get in contact with and to encourage Discover Card holders to speak with another member of the Financial Services team in order to resolve their past due card balance.
• Updating contact information, reviewing scripted disclosures, and transferring card holders to an account specialist who would handle the account further.

• Outbound Phone Transfer agent responsible for updating contact information, reviewing scripted disclosures, and transferring card holders to an account specialist
• Works around class schedule with shifts from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday, 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, and 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the last Sunday of the month
