• Education At Work (E@W) enables students from underserved communities to secure high-quality post-graduation jobs through work-based learning programs. • TurboTax helps millions file their taxes smarter, and E@W is hiring students as Seasonal Tax Specialists. • You will interact with customers as a voice of Intuit, requiring excellent communication skills and enthusiasm. • E@W is committed to helping students develop in-demand soft skills in their work experience.
🎯 Requirements
• Complete and pass the Intuit Academy Level 1 badge and Intuit Tax Practice Program. • Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds. • Must possess an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). • Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software. • Strong customer service skills – the ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Critical thinking, problem-solving, research skills, and determination. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. • Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken) a plus. • Must reside in the United States.
