Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in UX design and user research. • Portfolio showcasing a strong user-centered approach. • Enjoy coaching other designers and sharing best practices. • Bridge the gap between business and user needs. • Confident in articulating the value of UX to clients in English and Russian. • Skilled in leading discovery workshops and conducting user research. • Advanced Figma and FigJam user. • Attention to detail in design.
