β’ We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Manager to drive our channel partner and business development efforts. β’ The Channel Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships within the channel partner community, with a strong emphasis on master agents. β’ This role will focus on developing strategic partnerships, enabling channel partner success, and executing go-to-market strategies to accelerate revenue growth. β’ Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy to drive sales growth and market expansion. β’ Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, ensuring they are equipped for success with our solutions. β’ Foster strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. β’ Provide channel partners with tailored sales and technical enablement resources, including training, marketing materials, and ongoing support. β’ Collaborate with internal teams to develop partner-focused initiatives and campaigns. β’ Track, analyze, and report on channel partner performance. β’ Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) β’ 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, with a strong focus on master agents and channel partners β’ Proven track record of successfully building and managing channel partner programs β’ Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity technologies β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment β’ Experience with CRM and partner management tools is a plus
