β€’ We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Manager to drive our channel partner and business development efforts. β€’ The Channel Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships within the channel partner community, with a strong emphasis on master agents. β€’ This role will focus on developing strategic partnerships, enabling channel partner success, and executing go-to-market strategies to accelerate revenue growth. β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy to drive sales growth and market expansion. β€’ Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, ensuring they are equipped for success with our solutions. β€’ Foster strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. β€’ Provide channel partners with tailored sales and technical enablement resources, including training, marketing materials, and ongoing support. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to develop partner-focused initiatives and campaigns. β€’ Track, analyze, and report on channel partner performance. β€’ Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) β€’ 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, with a strong focus on master agents and channel partners β€’ Proven track record of successfully building and managing channel partner programs β€’ Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity technologies β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment β€’ Experience with CRM and partner management tools is a plus
