β€’ To coordinate project scheduling and administrative tasks. β€’ Gathers project data. β€’ Coordinates project scheduling. β€’ Communicates project progression to appropriate parties. β€’ Documents project actions and results. β€’ Track project due dates. β€’ Enters applicable information into a data system. β€’ Prepares project and/or presentation materials. β€’ Coordinates tradeshows. β€’ Works with vendors. β€’ Produces correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required. β€’ Performs other duties as assigned. β€’ Supports the organization's quality program(s). β€’ Self-direct tasks and time management to meet business demands. β€’ Gather project data and coordinate project scheduling. β€’ Communicate project progression to appropriate parties. β€’ Document project actions and results and track project due dates. β€’ Enter applicable information into a data system. β€’ Assists with report formatting, finalization, and delivery to clients. β€’ Prepare project invoices, finalize and send to client using Deltek Vision. β€’ Coordinates subconsultant and subcontractor contracts, invoices, insurance requirements, vendor agreements.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or GED required. β€’ Two (2) years administrative office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. β€’ Requires Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel. β€’ Kolfax or Adode PDF Editor experience is a plus. β€’ Requires software/database experience for project management tasks, such as AR, Project Set-Up, Invoicing, CRM. β€’ Knowledge of Deltek Vision is a plus! β€’ Preferred experience proofreading technical reports for grammar, spelling and formatting. β€’ Residential and/or commercial property insurance is a plus! β€’ Accounts Receivable, Billing and/or Collections experience is a plus!
