Description
• Educates client employees about employee voluntary benefits. • Enrolls employees in various enrollment platforms. • Offers paid national travel and remote opportunities along with a flexible schedule. • Completes and submits all benefit applications in compliance with data entry and data privacy policies.
Requirements
• High school diploma required. • Active appropriate state life and health insurance license(s) required. • Insurance background and/or voluntary benefits experience preferred. • Computer skills, including experience with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Internet Explorer; and web-based enrollment systems. • Ability to think critically and act logically to evaluate situations, solve problems and make recommendations. • Reliable, professional, friendly, attention to detail, and able to work with diverse groups of clients. • Develop and maintain positive relationships to provide excellent customer service.
