• Collaborate with client teams to align business requirements with Workday solutions • Participate in design workshops and requirements gathering • Advise, configure, test, and execute Workday solutions for clients • Navigate projects of varying size, complexity, and interdependency • Leverage your expertise to advise clients; be resourceful, simplify where possible, and deliver with confidence
Requirements
• Workday HCM configuration or operations experience (Payroll, Time and Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, etc.) • Build strong partnerships and embrace a team-oriented approach to drive collective success • Thrive in a fast-paced and engaging environment while delivering to timelines and mitigating risks • Must live in the United States and be authorized to work without sponsorship
