Description

• Responsible for managing client-facing projects and ensuring successful delivery of services. • Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budget. • Require strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional client satisfaction. • Initiate and plan projects, review scope, create project schedules, and coordinate resources. • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, facilitating kickoff meetings and status updates. • Oversee project execution, manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field preferred. • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT services or a related field. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to manage stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams. • Experience with risk management and change control processes.
