Requirements
• Proven track record of managing large-scale implementations, preferably in the insurtech or broader fintech/healthtech industries. • Strong project management skills, including experience with tools like Jira, Asana, or equivalent. • Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and the ability to uncover insights to improve processes. • Familiarity with insurance lines such as Long-Term Care, Medicare Advantage, or Property & Casualty is a strong plus. • Experience with Salesforce configuration and managing third-party contractors, particularly Salesforce engineers. • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to coordinate across internal teams and external partners. • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
