• Help forecast and deliver forecasted revenue and contribution margin through partner programs • Devise engagement plans that consider partnership business goals • Deliver programs meeting our KPIs and objectives • Identify new partners to increase program scale • Facilitate successful onboarding of new partners • Drive escalation of client issues and assist with resolutions • Create affiliate marketing testing roadmap • Schedule and facilitate bi-weekly program calls • Gather product feedback and convey to internal teams • Identify incremental revenue opportunities • Conduct regular business reviews with in-depth analysis • Partner with internal departments on process optimizations
• Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a quantitative field or relevant experience • At least 5 years of experience in account management, partner success, customer success, or client services • Experience developing relationships across marketing to drive conversions • Strong analytical acumen with results-oriented mindset • Proven track record of strong verbal and written communication • Experience building cross-functional relationships across various teams • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and communication skills • Experience using Salesforce and Adobe Analytics is helpful • Ability to independently project manage multiple priorities • Proven track record and accountability for achieving quarterly results • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
