Description

• Lead the vision, strategy and execution of platform engineering in partnership with product engineering and security leadership • Define a strategic engineering vision to build a highly scalable, resilient and secure platform • Lead technical strategy and drive innovation • Grow and expand your team by hiring great talent and mentoring team members • Instill an inclusive team culture that is passionate, empathetic, and collaborative • Build operational excellence to achieve goals across all platforms supporting software engineering

Requirements

• 10 years+ in engineering with experience in cloud computing (AWS), observability, and CI/CD • 7+ years of experience in a significant leadership position • Strong leader who has managed, hired and grown engineering teams across multiple geographic locations • Extensive knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools • Strong expertise in observability tools and practices, including monitoring, logging, and tracing • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and related best practices
