Description

• Develop and execute an analytical framework for digital experience • Utilize analytical resources for a comprehensive consumer view • Create insights into the customer journey • Establish relationships with product managers • Work with product managers to identify opportunities • Responsible for end-to-end design of high visibility projects • Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements • Analyze data to uncover trends • Communicate insights to management • Build relationships with Data Scientists, Product Managers and Data Engineers • Influence strategies to better serve customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science or related degree • 3+ years of direct, relevant experience at a technology or e-commerce related business • 3+ years of experience supporting product, business or operations teams in an analytical capacity • 3+ years of experience with SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics)
