• Deep Technical Expertise: 5+ years of engineering experience, including protocol or blockchain development, with hands-on Solidity and Ethereum expertise. • Proven Leadership: 3+ years of engineering management experience, with a history of growing and leading senior teams on impactful projects. • Execution Excellence: A track record of delivering high-stakes, large-scale technical projects within the blockchain or decentralized ecosystem. • Clear Communication: Ability to distill complex technical ideas into actionable strategies for diverse stakeholders, bridging the gap between engineering and business.
