• Eigen Labs is a leading name in the blockchain space. • We’re building a platform to deliver security to novel distributed applications. • The Protocol team is growing, looking for an Engineering Manager with deep protocol knowledge. • Oversee protocol functions like staking, slashing, and rewards. • Manage a team of senior engineers to shape Ethereum scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience, including hands-on protocol or blockchain development. • 3+ years of engineering management experience with a track record of managing and growing teams, particularly senior engineers. • Deep knowledge of Solidity and the Ethereum protocol, with hands-on experience in reading, writing, and assessing complex projects. • Proven skills in technical project management, with the ability to drive large-scale, impactful projects within the protocol space. • Strong technical and executive communication skills, with an ability to distill complex information for a range of stakeholders.
